STREAM DESK / BY 2C PRODUCTION Brand and launch kit — October 9, 2026 Release positioning: FREE PILOT. Paid commercial release is not yet open. POSITIONING Your cameras. One show. Your own video home, connected to a live production studio. Connected production for creators, small crews and live events. Bring the crew. Make the show. BRAND ARCHITECTURE Stream Desk: the production workspace. 2C Channels: channels, saved videos and discovery. 2C Production: the maker. Keep this standalone; do not bundle or brand it as a church product yet. SHORT DESCRIPTION Your own YouTube-style video space: personal channels, saved videos and sharing, connected to a production studio. Turn phones and existing video equipment into a connected production studio. Mix cameras, add graphics, choose your audio, stream and save with Stream Desk. LONG DESCRIPTION Stream Desk puts camera inputs, live switching, graphics, audio controls, relay delivery and video sharing into a connected workflow. Bring phone operators in through one saved invitation. Build a mix with Preview and Program, picture-in-picture, equal split layouts and timed lower thirds. Receive supported encoder streams, use NDI through a local Windows receiver, and keep recordings in your own creator desk. Trim and reframe a saved video, then choose public, unlisted or private sharing. The free pilot is open for testing; production limits and paid plans are still being finalized. 30-SECOND DEMO SCRIPT 0–5 seconds: Hold up a spare phone. “Your next camera angle might already be in your pocket.” 5–12: Show one group QR code. “Invite your crew. Each phone sends into an available camera slot.” 12–20: Show Preview / Program and CUT, then a lower third. “Pick the angle. Switch the show. Make it yours.” 20–26: Show a saved video and its sharing menu. “Keep the mix. Shape the edit. Choose who sees it.” 26–30: Brand lockup. “Stream Desk. Your cameras. One show. Try the free pilot.” Use real captures from a verified test. Mark any animated UI illustration as a demo. Do not show a successful social destination unless its actual viewer has been verified. LAUNCH POST I've been building something for people who want more angles without building a bigger crew. It's called Stream Desk. Bring your phones and existing video kit together, switch the show, add your graphics, and save the finished video. The free pilot is open. I'd love for you to try a small setup and tell me where it makes your work easier—and where we can make it better. Take a look: https://stream.2cproduction.com Your cameras. One show. EMAIL DRAFT — NOT SENT Subject: Your next camera angle might already be in your pocket Preview: Meet Stream Desk: your cameras, one show. Hi, I'm opening the free pilot for Stream Desk, a connected production workspace for phones and existing video equipment. You can invite camera operators, switch the live mix, add graphics, choose your audio, and save a video you can keep editing and sharing. Try one connection first, then add your next angle. I'd love your feedback on the experience. SEVEN-DAY PILOT CAMPAIGN Day 1: Founder introduction with the spare-phone angle. Link to homepage. Day 2: Real one-QR-code / two-phone demonstration. Include browser permission step. Day 3: Preview / Program seesaw cut demonstration. Day 4: Before/after graphics: timed lower third, logo, split-screen. Day 5: Master audio: fixed microphone across camera cuts. Day 6: Save, trim and share a finished test recording. Day 7: Invite five small crews to a bounded pilot and collect specific friction reports. No ad spend is committed. Start organic; authorize a budget only after activation and reliability are measured. PILOT SUCCESS MEASURES Visitor -> sign-in -> first channel -> first verified input -> saved mix -> recorded playback -> second session. Track first-input time and where users stop. Record successful 30-minute device tests and actual destination playback. Use consenting customer quotes only. No invented customers, review scores or audience numbers. OFFER AND COMMERCIAL GATES Stream Desk: $50/month or $500/year (save $100 versus twelve monthly payments). One 30-day trial per customer account. No card needed to start; the original expiry cannot be reset by signing in again. No artificial resolution tiers: deliver the best quality the tested setup and destination support. Compatible compressed encoder video can be copied; browser composition and required conversions are encoded. Prepared library media: 2GB/account. Server broadcast recording is currently disabled. Existing prepared media and archives are preserved. Paid checkout awaits the protected Stripe connection, exact recurring prices, webhook and real payment/cancellation acceptance. AI usage limits apply. Additional AI, translation, archive storage, installation, hardware, human editing and staffed live production are separate. Early settled subscription receipts should first reserve one year of KVM4 hosting, then the measured next-tier difference, then work toward five years of coverage before discretionary AI expansion. The observed KVM4 quote is $275.88/year beforetax, not a purchased or permanent future price. Account for fees, refunds, tax and essential operations before reserving proceeds. No unlimited relay/viewer/storage or universal 4K/8K guarantees. Stream from actual supported hardware and verify destination viewer playback. Browser-only Chromebook producer and native-specific features require separate qualification. CLAIMS TO AVOID Do not claim universal ingest, perfect sync, offline phone mixing, fully native NDI in browser, unconditional background survival, automatic social login, signed commercial apps, or unlimited storage. Current phone browser traffic goes through the internet relay. Browser composition needs an open controller. NDI needs a local receiver. Verify platform credentials and each viewer before a live show. BRAND ASSETS Signal mark: frame + play arrow + signal rails. A dedicated browser page with authorized show switching, a show-specific picture/logo/video shelf, in-page flyer creation, a shared rundown with notes/readiness, saved Worship-over-camera opacity presets and picture-in-picture setups. Share a show link or QR code. The operator may explicitly grant producer Preview access; CUT/AUTO and Program remain operator-controlled. Uses the existing mixer and publisher. Connected production PC required; snapshots are not WAN AV acceptance.
